We provide delicious homemade regular and gluten free cupcakes and cakes using a natural approach. Frosting is made with real butter instead of shortening. Fresh fruits or natural coloring are used for the frosting which provide the color. We use real maple syrup. We use high quality spices, sea salt, and natural extract. No artificial sweeteners are used. A good ratio of cake to frosting is given, yet customer requests are accepted for desired frosting amount. We do not cross contaminate any nuts/peanuts with any flavors that do not have nuts. We make everything separately and wash everything after each batch. We take allergies very seriously!
