June 17:  A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Jeanetta Hopkins has always had music play a major role in her life. A life long learner of music and humanity, she created Bull City Music School to further spread a message of love, respect, and self-confidence. Respect for her craft was honed at Overton High School for the Creative and Performing Arts .   She participated in County Wide, Regional and State Orchestras. Playing in these competitive orchestras taught Jeanetta there is no substitute for hard work and dedication. Self- Confidence matured with her as she matriculated to Jackson State University. Today, Jeanetta instills love, respect, and self-confidence in all of her students.
