Leslie Chartier (pronounced Shar-Tee-Aye) is the owner of The Travelling Café Culinary Studio and The Kitchen Cooperative Commissary Kitchen. She is a culinary instructor, writer, caterer, cake designer, and former restaurant owner. An avid traveler and lover of diversity, her passion for hospitality is focused on clean, global cuisines, customized to an individual’s body chemistry. Chef Leslie is a nationally certified personal chef, holistically trained in plant-based diets, and is a grain-free/ketogenic advocate.
