Constance is the owner of MTI Consulting Group Inc.  It is a firm that specializes in helping Small Business with their Accounting / Finance / Budgeting / Tax and Tax Representation needs.

Our objective is to allow the Business Owner to focus on the Revenues and Operations of the firm. We handle the CFO and/or Controller roles for a Small Business.  This can include but not limited to Accounting / Finance / Cash Flow and Budgeting, Lender Reporting.  We can handle the Tax Preparation or in some instances Tax Representation work, for clients who have gotten behind on filing their tax returns or have outstanding Tax Liabilities due to Cash Flow issues.

Constance is a former Controller and CFO of Small to Midsize Entrepreneurial companies and has over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.  She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the North Carolina Society of Enrolled Agents (NCSEA).
