Desiree’s birthday is this Saturday, February 29th and she would love for anyone to share the celebration with her. She will be going to the Wilmington Water Tour Boat Ride (212 South Water Street) and dinner after. The boat ride is at 4pm for 50 mins. It cost $13 and you need to get there at least 30 minutes before to secure a seat. Dinner after is optional, but it would be great to have a WIN showing!
