I Help Relieve Pain and Improve Mobility for People
I specialize in Integrative Fascia Massage which is beneficial for everybody’s body.
In 1996, Carole sustained a work related injury that changed the course of her life. After spending almost ten years on the couch in a pain medicine induced coma, she sought out alternative treatments. “Massage was the only thing that kept me moving.”
In 2005, she had vein surgery on her left leg and was able to regain control of her foot. She gave up her cane within 30 days and weaned herself off all her pain medicines. She took up Bikram Hot Yoga for the detoxifying benefits and increased mobility.
In 2009, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Franklin Street Yoga Center.
In 2012, she completed her 600 hour massage therapy certification and became licensed by the state of North Carolina.
Carole has the desire to bring healing to others through massage. She believes in working with what you’ve got and making the most out of it.
