Dr. Lamphier’s passion is being a patient advocate and provide patient centered care.  She believes a close relationship between physician and patient should be at the core of our healthcare system.  Yet she found this focus lacking or trivialized in the traditional healthcare environment. This lead D.r Jona Lamphier, with her husband Dr. Stephen Sasser, to take a leap of faith and open Tidal Wellness Integrative Family Medicine with a mission to create a comprehensive wellness center.  They offer full spectrum family medicine services using a direct care membership model. Together, Dr. Lamphier and Dr. Sasser strive to reclaim these relationships and put patients back at the center of the health care system while providing full spectrum, individualized care at Tidal Wellness.
