Linda and her partner Ira Bass founded Connect to Success in 2011 after their parent company IB Media LLC experienced significant growth thanks to connections cultivated on LinkedIn. (IB Media provides media planning and buying services to ad agencies and marketers around the country.) LinkedIn, a powerful opportunity generator, was being severely underutilized by most business professionals at that time. Linda wanted to empower business professionals and companies with the tools to thrive through the use of LinkedIn.

After a lengthy career in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, and new business development, Linda brought a wealth of business experience to the company. Since the company’s launch, she has spent a significant portion of her time working as a LinkedIn coach, helping clients optimize their personal profiles, expand their network with the right connections, and then turn those connections into meaningful business relationships.

As a Certified Communication Coach, Linda has a unique understanding of how people interact. She utilizes her expertise to help clients effectively engage and communicate on LinkedIn, both before and after making a connection.
