Shanelle Edmonds
Shanelle is an attorney in the Pittsboro area serving various counties in North Carolina. She believes in working closely with clients to advise, counsel, and represent them in various legal matters and business needs.
Early on in her legal career, Shanelle saw how taking personal interest and care in each person can make a considerable difference. Shanelle helped small business owners form their business entities. She also took the time to learn and understand their businesses to provide detailed legal advice that enabled them to thrive and grow. Shanelle’s personal approach ensures she can best serve her clients’ individual legal needs, making her a true partner and advocate.
Shanelle is a strong supporter of mentorship and building those in her community. She mentors incoming first-year law students to promote their academic success. She has also coordinated the annual HBCU Pre-law Summit at North Carolina A&T State University to engage minority students in their ability to achieve success in a law school environment, traveled to Port Au Prince, Haiti with the North Carolina Bar Association’s Haiti Committee to build a liaison between Haiti and North Carolina to strengthen Haiti’s economic stability and business expansions to further prosper the Haitian business economy, and sat on multiple panels for the pre-professionals scholars program in Greensboro for students aspiring to enter professional careers in law. She is currently planning and engaging in various webinars to support and uplift young advocates trying to enter into legal profession.
Shanelle’s tenacity for being a change agent within her community and to connect with people of various walks of life make her an adaptable and genuine advocate for her clients and future business professionals.
