Members in good standing may visit other WIN chapters. The member must be current on her dues and have accumulated no more than 3 absences in any 6 months membership term. A member may not count a visit to another chapter as part of her attendance requirement in her home chapter. A member may visit other chapters, other than her home chapter, a combined total of three (3) times in each 6 months membership term.

When a member visits another chapter and the member’s category is not currently filled, the member may talk about her business in her 30-second and the member may accept referrals from members of the other chapter.

If the category of the member who is visiting another chapter is currently filled, the member should tactfully defer to the member who holds that seat when giving her 30-second and the member should not accept referrals from the chapter that the member is visiting.

The member may give referrals to the members of the chapter she is visiting. However, if the member gives a referral to someone in the chapter she is visiting and if that seat is currently filled in her home chapter, the member should not process the referral online and not talk about the referral with other WIN members at any time.

When a member gives a referral to a member of a chapter she is visiting and if the seat is not filled in her home chapter, it is the member’s responsibility to track whether or not that referral was actually completed.
