Each chapter may have a total of one (1) virtual meeting each month provided that the following criteria is adhered to:

1. The meeting must be held in the same week each month. Ex: 1st week of each month.
2. This is a virtual meeting (not hybrid) on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or other platform.
3. Members will be required to have their camera on at all times.
4. Members must be able to participate at all times (on camera and not driving their car or using their cell phones).
5. Members will sign into the meeting using their full name.
6. Attendance will be taken by the MC.
7. Members will be counted as absent if there is a violation of #3 through #5.
8. The LT will notify the meeting sponsor of the monthly virtual meeting.
