Permissions:

  1. Women In Networking (WIN) provides the use of WIN’s public  Facebook (FB) page to each WIN chapter as long as WIN policies are followed. This is provided in an effort to assist both chapter and member growth.
  2. The admins for each page are Tara Henderson, Allyson Rayfield, Bobbie Hennessy, and Milena Connell.
  3. The Leadership Team (LT) of each chapter will be set up with the ability to manage the page, but not with permissions that can delete or change the page. This allows all page functions that are necessary to promote the businesses of the chapter and its members. Any other members placed in this position must be approved by the Executive board of WIN.
  4. Editors or the change of titles as dictated by Facebook to only manage the page will change as the LT members change. No exceptions to this unless approved by the COO or CFO of WIN.
  5. The trademarked WIN logo with the high resolution must be used on the FB page.
  6. LT members are not permitted to create separate logos or pictures to identify the WIN brand on the WIN Facebook.  The WIN logo is to be on that page to ensure our brand recognition for use on any of WIN’s social media pages.
  7. Each chapter can promote its VDs and member kudos on WIN’s corporate FB page under the Mentions section of the page.
  8. Reach out to the COO or CFO of WIN with any questions about this policy.
  9. No other apps can be added to a WIN FB page, unless approved by the COO of WIN, including whatsapp.
  10. Our WIN FB page is not to be connected to Instagram or any other social media platform, unless directed and or approved by the COO of WIN.

Usage:

  1. WIN’s public FB page can be used to promote member’s 10-minute presentations for the purpose of encouraging visitors to attend the meeting.
  2. The WIN public page can be used to promote visitor’s attendance at an upcoming Visitors Day (VD). The date, time, and information about the speaker should be posted to attract visitors to the VD.
