Policy: Code of Ethics

Upon approval as a member of Women In Networking (WIN), I agree to abide by this Code of Ethics while I am a member of WIN:

I will provide the quality of services at the prices that I have quoted.
I will follow up on all of the referrals that I receive in a timely manner and I will treat each client/customer with respect.
I will abide by the ethical standards of my profession and will complete the work/service required of me in the referrals given to me to the best of my ability.
I will pay for any product or services that I receive from other WIN members on a timely basis.
I will arrive at WIN meetings on time.
I will focus my attention on the meeting and not my cell phone and/or other forms of technology.
I will treat my chapter members professionally and respectfully even when I don’t agree with them.
During my time as a WIN member and upon departure from my WIN chapter, I will always treat my chapter members respectfully and I will not encourage other members to leave my WIN chapter.
I will comply with all policies that I agreed to when I applied for membership in WIN including the following: 1) I will comply with all WIN policies and will promote my primary business category only. 2) I understand that WIN does not offer refunds of membership fees in any circumstance. 3) I understand that WIN is a business networking organization and that political and religious discussions are not to be conducted before, during, or after the WIN meetings. 4) I acknowledge that pictures will be taken at meetings now and then for the purpose of marketing and promotion. I give my permission to WIN to copy, print, and include on social media any pictures that may include my image.
