I was a charter member of 9Round Afton Village when the doors first opened in April of 2018, so I am a true believer in the life changing benefits of this unique workout!  I became the proud owner of the studio 4/1/2024 and am super passionate about being a part of our member’s fitness journeys.  There are a WIDE variety of reasons that bring members to our studio, but the need for and benefits of exercise are universal!  The 9Round mission is to make our members stronger in 30 minutes both physically and mentally!  We are a boutique gym that offers circuit training with a kickboxing theme.  Each circuit provides a very individualized workout, accommodating to all fitness levels.  You go at your own pace, so you can make it as hard as you want it to be, or as easy as you need it to be.  With state-of-the-art technology and security, our members have access to the studio 24/7.  There are dedicated hours Monday-Saturday that are trainer led, providing personal engagement, coaching, encouragement (maybe a little extra push if you need it) and 1:1 pad work along with the daily workout.  Outside of those trainer led hours, members are able to self-guide through the daily workout with the assistance of our sound system and screens that display a video demonstration of what to do at each round.  Our members have 24/7 access to the studio through monthly memberships.  We also offer personal training for members, this includes an initial assessment followed by a training program customized to the member’s goals, 45 minutes of dedicated 1:1 time with one of our certified kickboxology trainers per session, and InBody scan to track body composition progress.  We have a fun fitfam community that encourage each other along the way!  First workout is always free, it’s the best way to check out the 9Round experience!
