I work with owners, directors & leadership teams going through growth or transition, fix the operational and leadership gaps that cause burnout, turnover, and bottlenecks, so the business can scale and run efficiently without everything running through one person.

I’m a social worker by background and I’ve spent my entire career inside care and mission-driven organizations, I’ve lived and breathed that world from working in community mental health to being a Sr. Director in a global healthcare tech company. What I saw over and over was that the people doing the hardest, most important work were often in organizations that didn’t have the infrastructure to support them. Good people burning out, leaders carrying everything on their backs, and no systems in place to make any of it sustainable.

That’s what led me to start GrowthPoint. I help growing organizations and those in transition, build the operational and leadership infrastructure they’re missing: the stuff that stops the revolving door, gets decisions out of one person’s hands, allows teams to grow and flourish and lets leaders actually lead instead of just survive. I’ve managed teams of nearly 200 and built over 20 operational systems, so this is real to me.

My heart is with organizations that take care of other people, but the problems I solve show up in any growing organization. If you know someone running a team or organization who feels like they’re holding it all together by hand, I’d love an introduction.

These are the “think of Tasha when you hear” words/phrases:

  • Hiring and keeping good staff
  • Building or managing a team
  • Leadership support and development
  • Getting organized as you grow
  • Efficiency
  • Workplace culture
  • Employee or Leadership burnout
  • Streamlining day-to-day operations
  • Stepping out of the day-to-day as an owner

These are signs that someone could pick up on in their conversations and think, “you should talk to Tasha.”
