Here’s what I see in so many of the women I work with. They’re brilliant at work. They lead teams, close deals, build businesses. Then they get into a relationship and start auditioning for love instead of choosing themselves. I call it the audition for love, and it’s one of the most common patterns I help women break.

I’ve lived my own version of that pattern. Cancer, divorce, betrayal. I had to reclaim my life one honest choice at a time. That journey is where the LOVEolution⁵ Framework came from, and it’s what I bring into every keynote and every coaching session.

Networking rooms are full of women exactly like this. Successful at work, small in love. That gap is real, and it’s fixable. My work centers on self-connection, confidence, breaking toxic patterns, and self-leadership, so the same strength you bring to your career finally shows up in your relationships too.

I’m a Master Coach Practitioner with dual master’s degrees in Communication and Health & Wellness Coaching. But the credentials aren’t the point. I’ve lived the transitions I talk about, and I know what it takes to come out the other side whole.

On stage, my goal is simple. I want you to leave believing you can lead yourself with courage, confidence, and authenticity, so you stop repeating old patterns and start building forward.

Beyond the stage, I show up for thousands of women through coaching, my online community, and my YouTube channel, where I share real strategies to help women Heal, Empower, and Love Forward.
