I help women get pregnant naturally by regulating their cycles by addressing the root cause such as insulin resistance, inflammation and stress. I specialize in supporting women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). I also host wellness and educational sessions around hormone health.
I am a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS) and a licensed clinical pharmacist specializing in women’s hormone health, internal medicine and preventative healthcare. Due to my own journey and struggles with PCOS, I am passionate about empowering women to take control of their hormone health, which I believe is the foundation to live a limitless life. I provide consulting services as a Holistic Hormones Pharmacist.
I am also a medical writer, speaker and serve as a Medical Advisor with Healthline Media. I have created and been in commercials with Walmart and made contributions to a Forbes Health article. I am also the host of The Holistic Hormones Podcast and The Holistic Hormones YouTube channel. I have spoken at PCOSCon in NYC. I also host in person wellness and educational seminars and I love collaborating with other wellness practitioners to host these. In my free time, I love to travel, be out in nature, play pickleball and learn tabla (Indian classical drums).
