Margaret is an Aging Life Care Manager and Placement Services provider with Aging Care Matters for the Triad and surrounding areas. Aging Care Matters helps, advocates, researches and streamline anything to relieve stress and guides individuals through the maze of services and resources for aging.
My passion is to assist aging and disabled adults in attaining their maximum functional potential. An individual’s independence is encouraged, while safety and security concerns are also addressed. I address a broad range of issues related to the well being of my clients. Some ways we support are clients are:

- rehab and discharge planning and coordination
