CEO – Janice Williams
Janice Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of WIN-NC. Inspired by the seven years she spent as a Girl Scout leader, she is passionate about helping women in business be the inspiration and catalyst for the next generation of women to pursue entrepreneurialism and business leadership. This is one of many reasons she was moved to expand WIN with the two other Board Members. Janice is inspired by young talent, passionate leaders, and visionaries. She believes that WIN can give women business owners the resources and connections to grow their businesses and to support and encourage each other along the way. As CEO, Janice serves as the organization’s spokesperson and leads WIN’s efforts to expand member benefits as well as champions efforts to recruit sponsors and cultivate professional development resources.
Janice is President of Williams Payment Solutions, an organization dedicated to getting your business paid on time through credit card processing, check processing, and loyalty programs. Whether medical, service, or retail industry, Williams Payment Solutions unique easy payment page allows the customer to “click here, pay now” through a simple email. This is just an example of the many cost effective tools she has developed when she saw a need for her merchants to grow their business.
Additionally, Janice continues her work as Vice President of business development with her husband, nine-time Emmy award winner, Brian Williams. Brian Williams TV is a successful television company that has produced many award-winning events such as the US Open Golf, US Open Tennis, the annual tree lighting at Rockefeller Center, the Tree of Lights at the Streets of Southpoint, and several other live events (Runway Fashion Shows and video productions for the City of Raleigh Arts Council) in Raleigh and the surrounding communities.
A native New Yorker, Janice has a degree in Communications and Media Arts from Dutchess Community College, an acting degree from Playwrights Horizons Theatre School, and studied at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts under the famed Stella Adler and William Ivey Long. She has worked as a model, performed in television and off-Broadway productions, and has produced and staged productions for both children and adults. Not only was she a Girl Scout leader for seven years, her troop received “Honor Troop” status three years in a row. She lives with her husband Brian and their daughter in Wake Forest. CFO – Allyson Rayfield
Allyson Rayfield leverages her financial and operational expertise to help organizations maximize efficiency and ensure financial accountability. She is Chief Financial Officer of Women In Networking, Inc. (WIN).
As CFO of WIN, Allyson brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry and is responsible for the financial health and growth of the organization. She knows the challenges of women business owners, having worked out of her comfort zone during her years of owning and operating businesses. She is proud that WIN differs from other women’s networking/leads groups in that the emphasis is on helping members to build their businesses by developing relationships with other business owners and passing referrals.
In her capacity as CFO, Allyson is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and business categories for the organization, for all financial and membership functions of the organization, and for the training of the Membership and Referrals Coordinators. She is one of three primary Admins on the website.
For more than 20 years, Allyson Rayfield has been demystifying the mortgage process. As Senior Loan Officer with Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc., a full-service mortgage company, she secures the best possible loan for her clients, helps them to make informed decisions, and guarantees a stress-free, on-time closing. A former accountant and owner of several mortgage companies, Allyson assists clients with a blend of financial acumen and practical, down-to-earth advice.
She is grateful to have served many organizations, including the Human Relations Council for the Town of Wake Forest, the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce – where she received the “Ambassador of the Year” award and served as Chair of the Ambassadors – and the Kiwanis Club of Wake Forest.
Originally from Indiana, she lived in North Carolina from 2001 until December, 2017, when she moved to Knoxville, Tennessee. She has an 8-year old rescue Papillon named Seren. She can be reached at allysonrayfield@gmail.com.
COO – Bobbie Hennessy
In the role of Chief Operating Officer of WIN (Women In Networking, Inc.) Bobbie Hennessy brings more than 30 years as a healthcare professional; growing her career from biller to Vice President. Responsibilities included operational oversight of nine hospitals in seven states while serving simultaneously as Vice President of Administration for the corporation.
She parlayed this into a successful consulting career, partnering with hospitals and physicians to ensure best practices in business operations and reimbursement. Establishing operational and educational standards in bariatrics which are still evident in the medical field today.
As one of the founding partners and COO of WIN, part of Bobbie’s responsibilities include the efforts to grow WIN to a leading national women’s networking organization. These plans include launching new chapters while overseeing chapter development; implementation of WIN’s national operations; and partnering with other Board Executives and committee members to grow WIN strategically and sustainably while leveraging its most vital asset: its members.
In addition to her leadership role with WIN, Bobbie is a Certified Health Coach, certified personal trainer and owner of Health By Design. An organization founded in 2003 dedicated to helping people lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. She evaluates the health concerns of each client and tailors a weight management and fitness program to the ultimate goal of optimal health.
