With her background as a doctor of physical therapy and a certified nutrition coach, she brings a unique and comprehensive approach to helping you create the health that fits your life. She is passionate about making the journey to better health simple, sustainable, and sanity-saving.

When she’s not working with her wellness clients, she works as an inpatient physical therapist. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, she has called North Carolina home since 2005. She’s a mom of three and wife to Ephraim, a physician-scientist.
