Heather Esposito
As a former mental health therapist, Heather struggled with depression and health issues until her early 30’s when she discovered that all of her emotional and physical issues were created by what she ate and the thoughts she chooses to focus on. Wanting tools to change, Heather headed back to school and became a health coach and a natural food chef.
Within 2 years of graduating culinary school, Heather co-founded the country’s first bakery that is gluten-free, allergen-friendly and refined sugar-free and was featured on The Food Network and the Cooking Channel, eventually selling her shares to return to coaching. In 2014 Heather became a coach for Peak Performance Coach Tony Robbins, logging in over 4,500 hours of coaching calls in 3.5 years.
Frustrated with experiencing clients achieve their goals but not being happy and satisfied in life, Heather added a form of energy work called “The Body Code” which releases subconscious blocks to address the 95% of us that keeps us in patterns we do not like.—our subconscious. This finally felt like the tool that tied everything together.
In 2017 Heather decided to go out on her own so that she could combine all of her tools—former therapist, holistic health coach and energy healer to help men and woman get past the hurdles that are keeping them stuck, such as anxiety, limiting beliefs, shame, abundance blocks, excess weight, and food addictions so that they can have the life of their dreams.
Heather is the author of “Smart, Sexy Sweets, Decadent Desserts That Happen To Be Free of Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Corn, Nuts & Refined Sugar” and “28 days naked”, a 28-day journey for women to fall in love with themselves; both can be found on Amazon.
When Heather isn’t coaching you can find her at an aerial studio climbing silks or in the kitchen creating food to share with friends.
