Ana Carolina helps people reconnect with nature through art, offering workshops in Encaustics, Botanical Sketchbooks, and Botanical Nature Walks that combine native plant identification with nature journaling. She describes her creative process as “Art-Yoga,” a mindful practice that engages all five senses, encourages careful observation, and leaves you feeling grounded, centered, and inspired.

With more than 20 years as a certified yoga teacher, Ana Carolina brings a unique blend of mindfulness, creativity, and appreciation for the natural world to everything she teaches.
