LEADERSHIP TRAINING IS CHANGING FOR ALL P’S AND VP’S – 2026 – This year all training will be via video and guides.

This year all Leadership Training for presidents and vice presidents will be by video.  Those videos will be posted on the website.  There will also be a Guide showing all the slides from the video for reference purposes.  Once you have viewed the video if you have any questions you can email them to me personally at bobbie@win-nc.com.

Please be certain you have reviewed the position description for your leadership role in WIN as it is listed on the WIN website prior to viewing the video or the LIVE training.  The functions that these two position do already have short form videos on the website.  To find the landing page video go to the front of our website and click on the YouTube icon and those videos are listed there.

I will also be providing several LIVE trainings the week of the 5th for anyone that would prefer a LIVE training so their questions can be answered on the ZOOM training.

This week I will have two LIVE Zoom Trainings.  The first will be Tuesday the 6th at 4 pm and then on Thursday the 8th at 4:00 pm.  The following week I have one more LIVE training on the 13th at 4:00 pm.  Email me directly at bobbie@win-nc.com if you would like to attend one of those trainings.

Thanks for stepping into a leadership role in WIN and I look forward to hearing any and all feedback regarding this new process.  It is being done to provide you with more convenience to learn these roles in WIN and also so they can be viewed again if needed.
