One of the perks of joining WIN is the ability to support like-minded women owned businesses in your chapter or neighboring chapters when a need cannot be met in your chapter.

The goal for each member is to generate 400 referral points per year.

 

BB – Business Builder – 20 points: Meet with chapter member to learn more about each other’s business and to know, like, and trust that member. Goal is to meet with each member once/year. Only record one BB/member/year.

NI – New Inside Referral – 25 points: The first time you purchase a product or service from another WIN member.

RI – Repeat Inside Referral – 15 points: Any subsequent purchase from a WIN member.

SM – Social Media Lead – 5 points: Recommend a WIN member on any social media platform.

VS – Visitor Attended – 20 points: A visitor, who could be a potential WIN member, and whom you invited, attends a WIN meeting. Enter the first visit only.

VJ – Visitor Joined – 50 points: A visitor whom you invited becomes a WIN member.

OT – Outside Referral – 50 points: Refer someone outside of WIN to a WIN member.
