Walking is the most accessible form of exercise on the planet, and when done properly, this everyday movement can improve the quality of your life. Chi Walking incorporates the basic principles of Tai Chi of using a mindful approach to movement by cooperating with forces rather than opposing them, allowing your body to move with ease and less stress while eliminating resistance. Add in an understanding of proper mechanics of movement and you can protect your joints making walking a safe form of exercise minimizing impact and overuse.
