Regular Leave: Member fills out request for Leave of Absence (LOA) on website. Login, go to: Admin/Forms/Request Leave of Absence. Can be requested for up to two (2) months. If MC and P approve the Request, MC goes to: Admin/Admin Section/WIN Admin/Change Member Status and approves the request.
Member’s profile will not be visible on the website. The member will not appear on the Attendance sheet and she will not be in the Referrals dropdown menu. The member is not eligible for an LOA if she is not current with her dues or if she has accumulated seven (7) absences in the current term.
The member’s business category will be open while she is on a regular LOA and someone can apply for her seat. If that happens, reach out to the member and tell her there is an application for her category. She has the option to come back on a regular basis, to send in a sub, or to leave WIN.
Medical Leave: Has to be for a true medical situation for the member or her immediate family (children, spouse, or parent). Can be requested for up to three (3) months. If MC and P approve Request, MC goes to: Admin/Admin Section/WIN Admin/Change Member Status and approves the request.
Member’s profile will continue to be visible on the website. The member will not appear on the Attendance sheet and she will not be in the Referrals dropdown menu. The member’s business category will not be open while she is on a medical LOA.
