Step 1: Go into Admin and choose Add New from the Media menu tab (either Add New will work).
Step 2: Drag your files into the area or click on Select Files to browse for your file.
Step 3: Once your file has uploaded, click on the file to edit it.
Step 4: Click on Edit more details on the bottom right corner.
Step 5: Choose which gallery you want your image to be in.
Step 6: Under WIN Admin, choose Gallery Approval. (The President or Vice-President must approve the image in the gallery.)
Step 7: Select the image(s) you want to approve, choose which gallery from the dropdown on the right, and then click on Submit on the bottom of the page.
And your image will now appear in the gallery.
