At Bretz Law, PLLC, my practice primarily revolves around the litigation of claims for Custody, Child Support, Post-Separation Support, Alimony, and Equitable Distribution or in the alternative, the drafting of comprehensive Separation Agreements which resolve all issues stemming from the dissolution of a marriage.

However, at Bretz Law, PLLC, we also believe in the importance of educating our clients prior to marriage.  Therefore, we offer couples pre-marital assessments so that the couples, as a unit, can be well-versed in the business-like decision they are making and the financial ramifications of the same.   Specifically, we analyze each person’s assets and liabilities and educate them accordingly on how their marriage certificate will affect said assets and liabilities and how they can protect themselves, and their marriage, if they so choose.

Finally, I am also well-versed in the Special Proceedings realm of Family Law and can assist parties with adoptions, same-sex couple adoptions, guardianship issues and legitimation proceedings.
