Alissa Turnbull is a residential real estate professional who loves working with clients to achieve their real estate dreams. Alissa loves listening to her clients, connecting with them on an intimate level so she can better understand exactly what they are looking for. Alissa has a special  connection to clients who are moving from out of state,  first time home buyers and empty nesters whom are looking to downsize.

Licensed as a Realtor since 2017 she honed her craft at Remax United from 2017-2020. July of 2020, Alissa left Remax to open her own Real Estate company,  Turnbull Realty @ eXp.  Alissa is deeply involved within her Holly Springs community, where she and her husband actively coach their daughter’s local soccer and softball teams. In addition, Alissa initiated and started the WIN Holly Springs chapter and is currently serving on the leadership team 3 years running.  In her spare time, Alissa loves to exercise at O2 Fitness, walk her 2 golden retrievers, attend Hope Community Church and spend time with her husband and daughter visiting local beaches, hiking and restaurants.
