PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPEAKER:
E.L. “Betsy” Smith PhD.
Women’s Leadership Matters: Growing Your Career and Balancing Your Life
Women’s leadership does matter. We lead differently and effectively. Corporate cultures have been changed by our leadership methods and traditionally male professions are now populated with females.
But women are frustrated at times because of the things that matter to them. Their ideas are not implemented and they feel that they are not heard. They feel out of control of their time and their lives.
Betsy Smith, PhD will share techniques to grow your career while creating balance in your life. Topics include “you get to choose”, “communicate like a powerful woman”, “play to your strengths” and “it’s about time”.
